Time Zones

When using a date picker, you need to be aware of time zones if you expect global visitors.

Sydney for example is 14 hours ahead of New York. Assume your site's time zone is New York and you want to disable today. In that case, an Australian visitor might see tomorrow disabled instead.

Not to worry, Hero for Gravity Forms has you covered. The free Essential package adds time zone support for date fields. With this feature, you can ensure visitors see your site's time zone no matter where they are.

The Time Zone option is part of the Advanced admin panel of each Date field.

User: The visitor's time zone.

Server: Your site's time zone.

Custom: A time zone you specify. You can pick from a list of time zones or enter a custom offset.
